    This regulation could not be more impractical as it pertains to resolving the root cause of affordable housing. I work in the lending industry. In no world do creditors offset credit risk by charging good customers more money. This behavior incents those who don’t currently pay to continue to not pay. And challenges those in an already difficult financial environment with burdens they should not bear.
