    Whoever dreamed this piece of garbage regulation into existence should be in a mental institution.
    You cannot penalize people (of all colors, economic situations, ages etc.) because they did the right thing, played by the rules, spent wisely and cultivated good habits. This is an uncalled-for assault on the middle class.
