    What is fair about this rule? I understand you feel the need to help those with lower income, and lower credit scores buy a home, but on the backs of those that have worked hard to get their credit score to a very good or excellent rating is just wrong! Wiping out the middle class appears to be the intended goal, mimicking 3rd world countries where this has already happened. If the President wants to render assistance to those less qualified the government should shoulder the burden. Furious in Florida!
