    It is neither fair nor equitable to penalize those who worked their asses off to EARN good credit by sacrificing
    a lot, delaying personal pleasures, forego the latest phone and cars or amenities, who skipped eating at restaurants for months only to save up for a home with decent school district which is inherently expensive -only for the government to subsidize those with credit woes /high-risk borrowers who made bad choices and may have chosen to take a vacation on a loan or live beyond their means. This is absolutely absurd and deprives the US of a meritocracy based standard. This is outright communism/socialism and the US would no longer be considered a Capitalist country if such a rule is passed!
