    As a tax paying citizen I am strongly against this rule. I have worked hard to earn an excellent credit score and with this rule I feel like I'm being punished and paying for someone else's mortgage. Why should someone with a low credit score be rewarded for poor financial practices? While I'm punished with higher interest rates? Logically this does not make sense and puts more burden on regular working class citizens in the name of "equity". Another buzz word for wealth redistribution and discrimination.
