    I am writing to protest the fact that there is no "guideline" through FHFA for mortgages for properties with two houses, if one is a manufactured home and one a "stick-built" home. For multi-family properties, this is especially alarming. Because of this lack of a "rule," I have been prevented for over 5 years from refinancing my loan at (what used to be) favorable rates. I request someone contact me regarding this, and that any multifamily goals INCLUDE the acceptance of this type of property for a "rule" that makes lenders willing to issue HELOCs or mortgages on these mixed-construction properties with more than one home.
