    In principle, logically, and legally speaking a conservatorship is apolitical. We do not intentionally appoint biased Conservators. The Conservator usually reports to and is supervised by the judicial function. The Chief GSE Conservator, is not apolitical and as a conservator does not report to, and is without the supervision of the Judicial Branch. This is a flawed and politically biased conservatorship, not driven by the rule of law, but driven by politics. The Conservator supports the agenda of the Democratic Party and is obviously loyal to the party. We will have a suitable Conservator only after it is demonstrated that their unquestionable loyalty to the Constitution is clearly above their loyalty to the Democratic Party. This presents a political conflict for the Chief Conservator, but one that must be clearly resolved in favor of the Constitution.
