    The FHFA is per SCOTUS opinion UNconstitutionally structured

    QUOTE Seila law v. CFPB " The Court declines to extend these precedents to an independent agency led by a single Director and vested with significant executive power.

    The single DIRECTOR for an independent agency is thus unconstitutional, so it is unconstitutional for the FHFA to propose any rulemaking as the president does not have the constitutional power to propose a rule
