    What is the point? Their crooked conservator will just send their new equity to the crooks at the Treasury. $301 billion to date. As sign of good faith, cancel the Senior Preferred Shares and return the overpayments. The corporations will then have an idea of their true financial position. Potential investors will have confidence that the new funds they invest won't be swept into the Treasury.
