    Why are these entities still under conservatorship when the loan has been repaid and they have been incredibly profitable for many years? Who has the conservator been protecting by taking all of their profits and not allowing them to build capital? The only thing the conservatorship has done and continues to do is damage the shareholders of these private companies. They should be released immediately and returned to shareholder control. At this point this is nothing more than theft by the US Government.
