    To Whom It May Concern:

    I write in support of the proposed rule. Due to the rapidly shifting nature of the COVID-19 pandemic it would be imprudent to adopt adjustments for multiple years. However, the adoption of the rule should include FHFA's timeline for the development of benchmarks for the years 2022 and beyond.
