    We should not bail out homeowners that live in properties that are above the median price that have assets. Each case should be audited so we dont throw away Billions bailing out people that live in 600k and million dollar plus homes like we did 2007-2013 where people living in million dollar homes were getting 200k principal reductions and 2% loan work outs while the rest of America was living within their means. if properly investigated it would be found that the people used refinancing over & over to live beyond their means.
