    Isn't the "Peak Cumulative Loss" figure inaccurate in that it doesn't take into account the subsequent recovery of some or all of the Deferred Tax Asset and the over funding of loan loss reserves later recouped via tens of billions in legal recoveries and reduction of loan loss reserves as income?
