    You are knowingly putting taxpayers at substantial credit risk by not having a significant capital buffer in the GSEs. In an increasingly rising rate environment the risks are getting greater and FHFA will be culpable to the next eventual bail out putting our country in an even greater deficit. Stop the NWS and in just a handful of fiscal quarters there will be a sufficient buffer. It's a necessary insurance that will reduce significant tail risk at a fraction of the cost.
