    The current Conservatorship and New Worth Sweep should be stopped immediately. The two companies should be released immediately and the reforms that they have made since 2008 are sufficient. The government should repay them, and therefore their private shareholders, for all overpayment. The theft of private shareholder and taxpayer money from the GSE's, by the US Government, is a disgrace.
