    The United States government should not nationalize private businesses unless we are going to invalidate the constitution. Shareholder rights need to be recognized. The government should restore GSE shareholders' rights and ownership immediately and return all monies seized during the net worth sweep above the originally-agreed-upon 10% dividend (or reduce GSE debt owed to the treasury by said amount).
