    The collection of information is not necessary for the proper performance of FHFA functions, in fact there is currently too much oversight which cost excessive amounts of money and is passed on to the tax payers. This oversight is then passed down to the consumers through the AMCs to cover costs to maintain regulatory compliance with FHFA functions.
