    We are collaborating in order to provide 300 sq ft permanent Tiny Homes in a community that would include the formerly homeless, market rate singles and couples, formerly homeless veterans, and seniors with Extremely Low Income. The community will include a Community Service Center. We hope that the new flexibility proposed will permit funding of our venture.
    Whereas new affordable apartments with State mortgage assistance cost an average of $225,000 for the average of
    a 700 sq ft apartment, we have estimated we can deliver the Tiny Home for $60,000. An option to purchase after a
    period of leasing to establish community compatibility is a high priority for the collaborators.
