    The Proposed Rule includes significant changes to the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program (AHP). Given the significance of the proposed changes, we recommend that the Comment Period be extended by at least 30 days to allow housing developers and other stakeholders adequate time to review and respond to the AHP Proposed Rule.
