    First of all we would like to have an extension of time to review the white paper on the changes. There is great concern about the changes to a process that is already extremely encumbrance to preparing an application and a draw request. I believe the current backlog at the FHLB level is evidence of that from the other side of the process. We (a company with almost 50 years of multi-family development experience) need more time to fully understand the impact to creating and preserving affordable housing for tenants with various needs and to discuss this with our development partners, syndicators, and other gap funding entities like the Ohio Dept of Mental Health.
