    I am writing to request that the comment period be extended by at least 30 days to allow us and other stakeholders the time to review the proposed changes to the AHP Rule to determine how they will affect our participation in the program. For smaller agencies like ourselves, any changes that further complicate the administration of the AHP program may make the program out of reach for our agency and for those low income households who benefit from it in our community. Please afford us the time to review the changes in more detail so that we can make beneficial comments regarding the changes.
