    The proposed rule introduces new and complex requirements that would make significant changes t the AHP program. Given the importance of the AHP program to member banks, program sponsors such as my company, local communities and other stakeholders, more time is needed to assess the full implications of this proposed rule.

    I therefore ask, that you extend the comment period by sixty days, or at a minimum by thirty days, to allow a full review and give us time to make well considered and helpful comments to the agency regarding this Proposed Rule.

    Thank you for your consideration. I will contribute additional comments in the days to come but this is an important and urgent request.
