    Please consider providing more time to review the proposed changes. They can have a significant impact on the ability of the Federal Home Loan Banks to effectively provide support for affordable housing in their respective areas, and thus require detailed review. A 30-day extension would allow those of that serve impacted populations the time to analyze and make recommendations based on the effects these policies would have.
