    As a homeowner I have and is constantly struggling to receive assistance regarding my home loan. My servicer BofA is not willing or won’t help with a reasonable resolution to my ordeal. All attempts to resolve are not favorable, The housing market has not recovered from the crisis in 2008-9. And I owe more than what is worth , Most recent appraisal as is March 2018 my home is value at $18,000 yet my principal balance is $135,000. Will prinicpal reduction be offered to areas that are considered low income or poverty stricken. To help sustain homeownership and to decrease the blight in the neighborhoods ?
