    Focusing so much of the resources (rental) on either Federal Donated property OR non-profit sponsorship greatly limits participation in the program by general affordable housing providers who are serving low income families in seniors. Please limit this to less than 55% of the general fund. I like having the state set priorities (opiates for example); however, many for-profit entities in cooperation with Cities and States would like to participate in the program.
