It would be very helpful to have a one-stop equity/lender combination that could offer to finance 60% LIHTC units in an otherwise market rate project especially in areas that have an inclusionary zoning requirement. Most market rate developers have no idea about the LIHTC and don't want the headache even if they do. I know this would be a difficult to structure but I think it could be worth the attempt/effort. Thank you.
