    Destructive Economic Racism in America:

    Why does HUD, Va,Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac exclude Black Realtors in their Sales Listing programs in Montgomery, Clark, Butler, Greene, Darke, Preble and Miami Counties surrounding Dayton, Ohio. It appears that Only Large White Realtors. i.e. Irongate, Coldwell Banker, and other White Realtors are allowed to participate. I complained to the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Senator Sherrod Brown, Senator Corey Booker, Senator Elizabeth Warren, The Professional Black Caucas, Mel Watt of FHFHA, Dr.Carson of HUD Fannie Mae And Freddie Mac, ACLU, NAACP, No Reply. Not even a cook book response. Actually, Va-VRMCO was in the same boat locally until I complained a couple of years ago, and VRMCO responded by hiring a couple of token Black Real Estate Brokers, one male and one female, however the Lions share of VRMCO business goes to White Realtors. No Black Realtors or Firms participate in the Management of or Maintainence of any REO properties. In this area.

    I find it interesting and disgusting That The Federal Housing Agencies all have Black Administrators in charge of their programs and their Choice of Realtors are the Top Ten Largest White Firms thru-out the Nation.. and this also allows FDIC and Community Banks, Credit Unions to discriminate as usual.

    Obviously, you are aware of FHA, being the prime movant of defacto segregration in America by "redlining" coined from the Maps of black neighborhoods on the walls of Baltimore Md offices and used thru-out America and Lyndyn Johnson appointed the Kerner Commission to study this problem in 1967.
    Blacks are being treated more separate and more unequal with each passing decade . One must feel that this is why Congress has continued to appointe all Black Administrators as gate keepers to head these housing programs and Agencies to maintain the status quo of Blacks in America.

    President Johnson Said that," Segregated Housing was at the Root Cause of defacto segregation
    and inferior schools and neighborhoods" and Locally White Realtors are appointed exclusively to Sale and Maintain All Reo Properties allowing properties in black neighborhoods to fester, be condemned and given away to White Owned NON-Profit Land Banks. Locally, all thirteeen (13 Southwest Ohio
    Counties surrounding Dayton, Ohio have no Black Realtors Listing and Selling their properties.
    Blacks, in the past, occassionally sold REO properties. However, since the coming of “Trump”, these
    Agencies practice even more overt in your FACE what are you going to do about it RACISM.
    I have been a Broker Realtor over 50 years, and I can personally attest to the fact that in this area in
    America has become two Nations, one white and one black, More separate and More unequal.
