    Require accurate energy audit information be provided to each prospective homeowner for the home in question with information about the expected resulting utility bill. Providing prospective buyers with this information before time of purchase can create a more informed buyer: allowing them to fully assess revenue flow. Not only will this raise awareness about energy efficiency and utility expenses, but the greater awareness of their net monthly expenses will significantly lower default risks.

    As a prospective home buyer, I highly encourage the use and requirement that energy efficient audits be conducted on every house and the results provided to prospective homeowners before the time of sale.
