    I would like to see energy efficiency ratings such as the HERS rating used in Energy Star certification become a requirement of disclosures for all homes. Utility bill costs can be a huge unexpected burden when homeowners get into a home that appears to be a good deal only to find that the operating costs are very high due to poor energy efficiency.
