    By putting money back into the housing trust fund, this is another example of the FHFA not following the laws of their conservatorship. FHFA is supposed to represent the shareholders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and they are not to take instructions from other government agencies. This conservatorship scandal needs to end before a judge embarrasses our nation when Treasury gets called out for the theft of private property.
