    I believe this is a big mistake if Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are not released from conservatorship and allowed to build capital first before putting money into a housing trust fund. I definitely do not agree with this decision unless that happens. I doesn't make any sense considering they are in conservatorship in the first place because they were financially unstable, this seems counterproductive to their overall financial.
