    I applaud this new beginning and transition into a cohesive GSE platform with the admirable, ethical and esteemed leadership of Mel Watt. This initial stage of rebuilding trust and faith in FHFA funded community housing projects demonstrates effective leadership of progressive policies based on cogent goals and efficient strategies of scale by dedicated employee teams lending safety, soundness and funding to established housing programs.

    To initiate stages of successful housing goals demonstrates the effective leadership of Director Mel Watt following : 12 CFR 1229 & 1237
    RIN 2590 - AA23 of HERA. To support, stabilize and provide adequate funding to support agency programs and goals. After this stage I would encourage further advancement of agency goals by progressively ending funding or takings by The Department of Treasury and thus re-listing both honorable agencies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to their rightful place on the NYSE.
