    The housing trust fund is in violation of conservatorship and opposite to it. Conservatorship means Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is not solvent and if not solvent why money is being bilked away from them? The first step should have been to end the conservatorship. This is simply an attempt to garnish more votes.
