    Funding the house trust fund is an admirable thing to do,as it goes to the core reasons why the GSE are valued and in existence. It is also time to stop the sweep amendment to allow the GSE to recapitalize and operate efficiently. This de-facto nationalization of the housing market is a blemish on the reputation of our Country.
