    Although FNF supporting the affordable housing trust fund is admirable, it should not be done until the bigger issue is resolved, which is to release Fannie and Freedie from conservatorship. The housing industry and middle class cannot recover fully until they are released, recapitalized and shareholders, who are also taxpayers (many who lost significant life/retirement savings) are able to recapture some of their significant losses before charities are supported.
