    Neither Fannie nor Freddie should be required to pay into these funds until after they are released from conservatorship and shareholders rights restored. We have only recently begun to learn the truth and the extent that corrupt high-level government officials went to force conservatorship on F&F in order to transfer toxic securities from the big banks during the financial crisis of 2008. The big banks were saved at the expense of F&F and The American Taxpayers. The American Taxpayers were repaid and earned a wonderful return on investment. The banks skated real responsibility with penalties of pennies on the dollar and no individuals were held accountable It's time now for F&F to be released, relisted, and shareholder rights restored so that F&F can begin to build capital to do it's job during the next crisis as it did in this one.
