    Through FHLB programs my business has been able to directly secure over a million dollars of funds to build on speculation and to acquire land to build this year. Also through small community banks my clients have been able to acquire over another million dollars this year to build their dream homes, and become homeowner. Without the effort of FHLB working with small community banks my business and many homeowners would be without funding and the essential driver for economic growth within the community would be lost.
