    I am a Home Builder in Bruceton Mills WV. The proposed membership rule will have a negative effect on the housing industry. Home ownership will suffer due to the many loans given through local community banks. Home construction is vital to the economy which is very weak at present time. Making it more difficult for potential home owners to obtain financing will be detrimental to many businesses and to many small communities. I strongly urge the FHFA to withdrawl RIN 2590-AA39
