    FHFA think about it, carpenters, painters, electricians, realtors small town community banks, landscapers, cabinet makers, furniture in NC, SC, what else, plumbers, realtors, homebuilders, buyers, sellers. What about, vinyl siding, gutters and down spouts, not too mention roofers, and washing machines, OMG the list is too long. That's what our econ needs is Housing. No private label mtgs, just good old fashion underwriting. GSE's didn't kill the goose!! Bring back the American Dream. The People need it, the economy needs it, our United Stated of America needs FHFA to capitalize Fannie and Freddie.
