    Hello FHFA members,from my prospective its embarrassing how F & F are being held down by the Gov. A conservator should help the company florist again.
    Idea for prosperity : F & F push the 40 year mortgage loan,making payments equal to or less than rent. When the home owner gets ahead he can refinance to a 30 or 15 year mortgage loan,helping all the related businesses and employees thrive!
