    Return Fannie & Freddie to its rightful owners, the shareholders, rather than continue to perpetuate the expropriation of private property. GSE Reform is dead in the water, especially since there's no possible way to entice the amount of private capital you need to fill the role that Fannie & Freddie play if you decide to screw the shareholders.
