    As a smaller rural area Credit Union, the changes proposed would greatly affect our institution. We take pride being able to offer our membership competitve rate and funding for communities through the MPP program. FHLBI is privately funded and was not cause or part of the housing crash. Tightening the membership qualifications will in turn reduce funding and incentive to participate. I urgue to not make any changes to what is performing very well for the membership!
