    I am requesting that you extend the comment period for Proposed Rulemaking RIN 2590-AA39 to allow for further review and more meaningful input. I am the CEO of a community bank in a large urban area. We are a business bank and our lending activity includes multifamily housing construction and ownership, including low income units. At first blush, it appears this proposal could limit the liquidity available to us under the current long-standing policies, thus diminishing our ability to provide such financial support to our community. More time to gain a better understanding of the potential impact would ber appreciated.
