    I respectfully request that the comment period on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking RIN 2590-AA39 be extended to 120 days. In order to properly evaluate the proposal, more time is needed for such an important issue that could have significant negative consequences to the banking industry and specifically banks that currently rely on their FHLB membership for liquidity purposes. Your kind consideration is truly appreciated.
