    On behalf of our community bank membership, we respectfully request an extension of the comment period re FHFA Proposed Rule; Members of Federal Home Loan Banks, RIN 2590-AA39 by at least 60 days. We represent more than 100 community banks in Michigan. Changes proposed in this rule may have a profound impact on the banks we represent and more importantly, profound impacts to the communities and consumers which they serve.
