    On behalf of the NE Independent Community Bankers (NICB) I/we are communicating our request for another 60 days to comment on your Proposed Rule. We deem the proposal to be complex and making significant changes to longstanding policies and regulations concerning the FHLBanks. We can see a major impact not only to the FHLBanks but to our membership who are stakeholders in the FHLB and potentially the communities we serve.

    We thank you for your consideration of a 60 day extension to the comment period.
