    Dear Federal Officers,

I am giving you my humble opinion on how to solve the problem.
My proposal is to divide the future profits of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in three equal portions.
The first one goes to the Fannie and Freddie capital reserve account.
The second one goes to all the investors. This will include the private shareholders and the Treasury Department.
The third one goes to a special account to help the poor family. This special fund will help to reach the goal.

    How to make it happen:
First, the current sweeping profit deal needs to go.
Second, assure Fannie and Freddie are running efficient and profitable. If possible, streamline the current process.
Third, make sure and verify Fannie and Freddie do not make the same stupid mistake. Beef up the risk management in these two companies. If things go bad, Fannie and Freddie should not be the ones paying the price.

Maybe your boss can talk to his boss to facilitate the process.
The above proposal is for your consideration.

    Best Regards,
    Tse Lee
