    Just found out FNMA financed a brand new, 300+ unit apartment complex with rents in excess of $2,000. Are you kidding me!?!?

    And I can't buy a decent home in Miami without paying >$500k or more... and you want to further reduce loan limits.

    Can't turn the country into an apartment building fast enough can we?
