    To Whom It May Concern,

    I wanted to take a few minutes to write my opinion of the proposed loan limit decreases. It is interesting to note that while the market was declining over the last 5 years the loan limits were left at a higher level and now that the economy is picking up and home prices are climbing in almost all areas of the country, there are now considerations to lower loan limits at a time when these loan limits are needed the most. Although I am sure the private investors would be taking over where the Government left off I am not sure it will be enough liquidity in the market to handle the increased volume and prices. At this point I actually think the loan limits should be increased not decreased.
