    Sir or Maddam,

    I read that FHA is considering lowering the FHA loan limits in 2014 from $625,000 to $600,000 and $417,000 to $400,000.
    Finally after a year of housing appreciation you want to lower the loan limits….. Not only does this limit the potential buyers but it puts severe pressure on an industry which has been struggling for survival…. This would be irresponsible at a time when we are trying to stimulate the economy. I propose that we retain the current loan limits.
